Chinese Culture Festival 2026: ‘Echoes of the Sui & Tang: Ancient Attire and Modern Design’ Exhibition

The Sui and Tang dynasties represent a zenith of Chinese culture, embodying an aesthetic spirit of inclusiveness that continues to inspire contemporary creation. Centring on the clothing culture of this era, the exhibition blends traditional elements with modern design. Through three thematic sections—reconstructed Sui- Tang attire, contemporary fashion, and presentation of digitalised Sui-Tang dynasty culture—along with derivative cultural products and extended activities, it showcases the innovative expression of Sui-Tang aesthetics within the context of contemporary design.
