CCPO has prepared a variety of loan out resources related to Chinese culture and history for local registered schools, charitable and non-profit making organisations. These resources cover various topics, including history, culture, art, and intangible cultural heritage, which aim to promote the essence of Chinese culture to the public from multiple perspectives. The resources include exhibition panels, education kits, digital audiobooks and more, providing strong support for teaching and learning about Chinese culture. Local registered schools, charitable and non-profit making organisations are welcome to apply for free download or borrowing.

Application Details
Advance phone booking is required, please contact our Promotion and Exchange Unit at 2812 7168 during office hours (Mon – Fri: 9:30 am – 12:45 pm & 2:00 – 5:30 pm). Once a phone booking is made, applicants should complete and submit the application form (Form for Loan Out Services) together with copies of relevant documents to CCPO within the specified deadline.
Applicants should submit their applications no earlier than three months and no later than two weeks before the proposed loan date. The loan period of physical copies is around one week for each application. CCPO reserves the right to accept or decline an application. Applicants should arrange to pick up and return the loaned items to the CCPO office by themselves.
