Glitter of the Sanxingdui

三星閃耀

In 1986, a large bronze standing figure, a vertical-eyed bronze mask, and a bronze sacred tree unearthed at the Sanxingdui site in Guanghan of Sichuan Province shocked the world. In 2021, an even larger underground world was unveiled with six more artefact pits were discovered. The huge number of cultural relics, and this glittering landmark of civilisation amazed the world.
Liangzhu Ancient Kingdom

良渚古國

Black pottery was originated in China's Neolithic Age. Shi Xingeng, who discovered the black pottery fragments, conducted the investigations and excavations in the Liangzhu region, which bought new understanding to the long and unknown barbaric history of southern region of the Yangtze River. Over 80 years later, the successful inscription of Liangzhu as a World Heritage site further affirmed that Chinese civilisation can be traced back to 5,000 years ago.
