In celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Chinese Culture Promotion Office and the Hong Kong Science Museum jointly present the “Glorious Voyage: Splendid Achievements of the People’s Republic of China in Its 75 Years” exhibition series. Through a multifaceted lens, the series enables the public to appreciate the perseverance and comprehensive development of contemporary China over the past 75 years. It comprises three exhibitions: (1) The “Leapfrog Development”, (2) The “Scientific Breakthroughs” and (3) The “Era of Intelligence”.
The “Leapfrog Development” Exhibition provides an overview of China’s remarkable progress and accomplishments in five areas, including economic development, infrastructure, culture, sports and ecological conservation. Through engaging text and a wealth of images, the exhibition vividly presents the grand achievements made by countless dedicated individuals with their relentless efforts.
